Solar panels: 25 years warranty
Grid-tie string inverters: 10-15 year warranty
Off-grid inverters: 5-10 year warranty
Batteries: 1-10 year warranty (widely depending on technology and model/manufacturer)
How long does repair service take?
​The repair service usually takes 8 working hours, except for severe damage to solar panels or another equipment failure that requires extra attention.
What is Grid-tie system?
Grid-tie systems are connected to the public electricity grid. The grid acts as storage for the energy produced by your panels, meaning you don't need to buy batteries for storage. This saves a ton of money, so we always recommend connecting to the grid if you have the option.

What is off-grid system?
An off-grid electricity system is a source of energy that uses solar energy or sunlight to produce electricity compatible with homes or businesses. In other words, an off-grid energy system does not require access to the electricity grid, which means that it is an autonomous energy system that independently generates and stores electricity.
